In this post we’re going to talk about one of the world’s best illustrators, Max Kostenko. Originary from Moscow, Russia, Max has built an impressive career and in just a couple of years has worked with one of the largest companies in the world.
Basically what Kostenko has done for the likes of Mercedes, Visa, Skoda, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Volkswagen, BBDO Moscow, Wall Street Journal and so on was to create different cartoon characters that would be used in their advertisement campaigns.
Nonetheless, probably more impressive at least in terms of marketing was the selection of one of his work as the mascot for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. Therefore, next year, whenever you’re going to see a white tiger with a skateboard on TV, you should remember that it’s Max’s work.
